Grown in Britain Week

9-15th October 2017

Join us in celebrating great British wood during this year’s Grown in Britain Week.

Whether you’re involved in an architectural practice or a community forest, or working for a major construction contractor, a retailer, a charity or wildlife organisation, wherever you are you can help us celebrate Great British Wood during Grown in Britain Week.  We have special promotional packs available for our industry partners, licence holders and registered supporters.  Here are a few additional ideas:

Get snapping with your ‘phone camera and Tweet @GrowninBritain with your pictures of British forests and wildlife

Ask for British-grown timber for building projects: licensed Grown in Britain timber products are available in the construction sector.

Make your staff, customers, colleagues or supporters aware of your commitment to supporting the use of British-grown wood.

Make local schools aware of Grown in Britain Week and the resources available to them from our partner organisation, Forests for the Future

Get out there and enjoy our forests and woodlands with family, friends and colleagues.
