Construction Volunteering Scheme

We are currently involved with the project Making Local Woods Work. This is a pilot project with an aim to work with and support woodland social enterprises across the UK.

As part of this project we are running a scheme which coordinates volunteers (from the construction industry) to assist in woodland projects around the country.

We can provide specialist support working with volunteers within the construction industry. For example but not limited we can help with:

– Tree Planting and general woodland management

– Footpath and fencing maintenance

– Construction project planning

And so much more!

If you feel this is something that would benefit your woodland, or you would like to organise a volunteering day for your construction organisation, please download the application pack, complete the appropriate document(s) and return to Grown in Britain on enquiries@growninbritain.org

Please note this scheme is available for Making Local Woods Work participant groups only.

Below is a list of current volunteering opportunities. If you feel this is something your construction organisation would like to get involved with please contact us.
